Existing Dottilove Designs
- Minimum order quantity: 80 pieces per product, color and size.
- Dottilove logo tags can be removed from suitable products.
- Engraving your logo on our standard tag: currently +€0.50 per tag.
- Direct logo engraving on the jewelry piece is possible subject to technical review.
- Individual logo tags can be produced from 1,000 pieces.
- Individual packaging is possible for larger production quantities. Guideline: approx. 10,000 pieces.
Custom Jewelry Development
- Your own designs or adaptations of existing products are possible.
- Send us design sketches, references and material specifications.
- Together, we coordinate material, plating, length, closure, color and further details.
- For new designs, the minimum order quantity is normally 300 pieces.
- Depending on the design, the minimum order quantity can be up to 1,000 pieces.
- Final feasibility is confirmed after reviewing your requirements.

How do I start a Private Label order?
You first need an approved Dottilove retailer account.
You can then select the desired products and send us an overview with product numbers, quantities, colors and sizes by email.
What is the minimum order quantity?
For Private Label on existing Dottilove products, the minimum order quantity is 80 pieces per product, color and size.
For individually developed products, the minimum quantity is normally 300 pieces and can be up to 1,000 pieces depending on the design.
Can my logo be engraved directly on the jewelry?
Depending on the product, your logo can be engraved directly on a ring, pendant or another jewelry component.
Technical feasibility as well as the size and position of the engraving are reviewed individually before the order.
Can my logo be added to a logo tag?
Yes. Your logo can be engraved on our standard tag. The current surcharge is €0.50 per engraved tag.
Individual logo tags can be produced from a minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces.
Can packaging with my logo be produced?
Yes. Individually produced packaging is possible particularly for larger production quantities. The current minimum quantity is approximately 10,000 pieces.
Can I have a completely custom jewelry design produced?
Yes. Send us your design sketches and as detailed a description as possible of the desired materials, plating, dimensions, colors and closures.
We review your requirements and coordinate the technical implementation together with you.
How are the prices calculated?
The regular unit prices of our existing products can be viewed in the webshop once your retailer account has been approved.
Costs for engravings, individual logo tags, modifications or custom designs are calculated according to the respective requirements.
How long does production take?
Private Label orders currently usually require around 7–8 weeks of production time after payment.
Custom productions normally require around 8–9 weeks. Larger or more complex productions may take longer.
When do I need to pay for my order?
Once all order details have been confirmed, you will receive an invoice from us. A prepayment of 30% of the total amount is currently required before production can begin.
Can I return Private Label products?
No. Private Label products and individually produced jewelry pieces are excluded from returns, exchanges and refunds.
Please therefore carefully check the product, color, size, logo and placement before approving production.
