1. The main menu: what each category is for
Across the top of every page you’ll find the main entry points to the Dottilove range. Each category answers a different sourcing question — from proven bestsellers and new arrivals to restocks, collections and seasonal offers.
Everything you need sits in one bar: your account status on the right, the full range across the menu below.
Bestseller
The pieces that are performing across our retailer network. This is where our data-informed approach becomes practical for you: instead of guessing what sells, you can start from what already does.
It’s ideal when you’re opening a new display, testing a new location, or want a low-risk core assortment that turns over reliably.
Use it when: you want proven performers with minimal ordering risk.
New
Our latest arrivals — and the range grows every week. New pieces are added continuously, guided by retailer feedback, current trends and what’s already selling, so your assortment stays current without you having to chase trends yourself.
Every new piece goes through the same quality control as the rest of the range.
Use it when: you want to keep regular customers coming back to see something fresh. Because we add new pieces weekly, it’s worth checking this section each time you log in, even between orders.
Jewelry
The heart of the range: necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, ear cuffs, piercings, anklets, hand chains and charms — plus a dedicated men’s jewelry section.
There’s a strong focus on stainless steel, with its own subcategory for retailers who source by material. Stainless steel is durable, skin-friendly and colour-retaining, which can mean fewer returns and complaints for you. Gold-coloured pieces are plated with real gold.
The Jewelry menu is structured around the way retailers buy — by type, size and construction, from small hoops under 18 mm to statement designs.
Use it when: you’re building or filling out your core jewelry offer. The Piercings subcategory is also a natural entry point for piercing, tattoo and beauty studios.
Accessories
Everything that rounds out a jewelry-led offer: hair accessories such as scrunchies and clips, scarves and scarf rings, brooches, bodychains, keychains, notebooks and jewelry DIY supplies.
Just as important for retailers, this is where you’ll find display stands and gift bags & boxes — so you can present and package the pieces properly from day one.
Use it when: you want add-on products that lift average basket size — or the displays and packaging you need to merchandise your jewelry professionally.
Back In Stock
Previously sold-out pieces that have returned are organised by restock date, so you can immediately see what came back in the latest drops.
If a design performed well for you and then went out of stock, this is the fastest place to find it again. It’s worth checking before every order.
Restocks are grouped by date — the newest returns are always one click away.
Use it when: you’re reordering something that worked and want it back on the shelf quickly.
Collections
Curated groupings built around a shared motif or material story — including Pearls, Heart, Ribbon, Letters, Flower Garden, Summer Beach, Fruit, Charm Pendants, Acrylic Resin & Beads and timeless Classics.
Collections make merchandising easier: instead of assembling a display piece by piece, you get a coherent product story that is ready to work with.
Use it when: you want a ready-made, visually coherent story for your space — a themed table, a gift edit or a seasonal window.
Private Label
For retailers who want to build their own brand presence on top of a reliable product base. Beyond selecting from the existing range, customisation is available — including logo engraving and tailor-made designs developed to your brief.
This allows you to present quality-controlled pieces under your own identity. Private Label is particularly relevant for retail chains, established boutiques and online retailers developing a recognisable house line.
Use it when: you’re building brand equity of your own, not just reselling. Contact info@dottilove.de for customisation options and minimum quantities.
Weekly Sale
The final menu section is where the deals live. It is refreshed every Thursday with newly reduced pieces at discounts of up to 80%.
The name changes with the season — for example “Summer Sale” — but the rhythm stays the same: new reductions every week, while maintaining the same quality standard as the rest of the range.
Use it when: you want to improve the margin on part of your order or run an in-store promotion. Since it refreshes every Thursday, it’s worth checking whenever you visit.
2. The top bar: your account at a glance
Above the main menu sits a slim utility bar that gives you quick access to the most important information about your retailer account.
- Search: the fastest route if you already know the article number, material or type of piece you’re looking for.
- Points balance (P): your bonus points, earned as you order and redeemable against purchases. Newsletter subscribers start with 100 bonus points.
- Your customer status (%): your current VIP tier and the discount attached to it. Levels run from User 0% through Member 3%, Bronze 5%, Silver 7%, Gold 10% and Platin 15% up to Diamond 20% by arrangement.
- Greeting: confirms that you’re logged into your merchant account and seeing wholesale pricing rather than public-facing content.
- Account icon: access orders, invoices, addresses and returns, as well as your VIP Status overview and points account.
- Wishlist: save pieces you’re considering for a future order or build a shortlist for the next season while browsing.
- Basket: your running order total is always visible. Remember, the minimum order is €50 and shipping within Germany is free from €100 net.
Account → VIP Status shows every discount level and what it takes to reach it — loyalty at Dottilove is transparent, not a black box.
Tip: If prices look wrong or you can’t see them at all, check that you’re properly logged in first. Wholesale conditions only appear once you’re logged into an approved merchant account. Not registered yet? Approval typically takes up to 2 business days.
3. Product tags: reading the shelf at a glance
As you browse the product grid, you’ll see small coloured tags on some individual product images. They help you assess a piece before you even click into the product page.
The Bestseller grid: gold tags mark proven sellers, while green tags mark recent arrivals — with filters for colour, material, motif, size and price along the top.
Bestseller — gold tag: this piece is among the strongest performers across our retailer base. It’s a signal drawn from real sell-through rather than from us simply pushing stock. When you’re unsure between two similar designs, the Bestseller tag can help you decide.
New — green tag: this product has recently been added to the range. Pair new pieces with Bestsellers rather than ordering them alone: proven products anchor your display, while fresh arrivals give returning customers a reason to look again.
4. Quick Shop: order without losing your place
Hover over a product image in the grid and a Quick Shop button appears directly on the product tile — alongside the product tags and wishlist heart.
Tags top-left, Quick Shop top-right, wishlist bottom-right — everything you need sits directly on the product tile.
Quick Shop opens the essential product information in an overlay directly on the category page: colour variants, quantity, live stock level, price and product number — plus the points you’ll earn on the piece.
You can add the item to your basket and carry on browsing without loading the full product page and then clicking back.
The Quick Shop overlay: variant swatches, quantity, available stock and “Add to shopping cart” — while the product grid remains open in the background.
Why it matters in practice
- Reorders become quick. When you already know a piece, you don’t need to re-read the full product page. Filter to Bestseller or Back In Stock, Quick Shop your way through the grid, and you’re done.
- You keep your overview. Building a coherent display means comparing pieces side by side. Quick Shop lets you order without leaving that view.
- You see stock before you commit. The overlay shows the available inventory for each variant, helping you plan quantities realistically.
When should you open the full product page instead? The first time you order a piece. Click “Show full details” in the overlay for complete specifications, materials, measurements and detailed imagery — worth the extra time when you’re evaluating something new for your assortment.
5. Retailer resources most customers find too late
Under Service/Help at the very top of the page, you’ll find a set of tools and resources that can save you real time — especially during your first months with Dottilove.
