Become a Dottilove retailer
Want to stock Dottilove jewelry in your store or webshop? Becoming a Dottilove retailer is free and takes just a few minutes. This step-by-step guide shows you what you need, how to complete your retailer registration, how verification works and what to expect when placing your first wholesale order.
1. What to have ready
Before you start, have the following information ready:
- Your business registration licence as a photo or PDF. This is the one document we need in order to verify your business.
- Your company details, including your legal name, address and VAT number as they appear in your registration documents.
Who can register? Retailers of every kind are welcome — including boutiques, concept stores, online retailers, lifestyle stores, resellers and retail chains. Service businesses such as beauty salons, nail studios, piercing studios and tattoo studios can also register.

2. Fill in the registration form
Start by opening the New Retailer Registration page. You can reach it via the gold “Register as a Merchant Now” button on the Dottilove homepage.
Enter your company details
The first part of the form asks for the basic information we need to create your retailer account.
Enter your name, company name, VAT registration number and email address, then choose a password with at least eight characters.
Important: double-check your email address before continuing. Your account activation confirmation will be sent to this address.
Add your business address
Next, enter your street address, postal code, city and delivery country.
This address will initially be used for invoicing and delivery. If your business has additional delivery locations, you can add more addresses after your retailer account has been activated.
Verify your business
Open the Extended customer details section and upload your business registration licence.
Although this section may appear as optional in the form, we cannot activate a retailer account without verifying your business.
You can upload the licence directly during registration. Alternatively, send it by email to info@dottilove.de.
Once all information has been entered, accept the data protection terms and click “Register now as a dealer” to submit your application.
3. Review & activation
Our team reviews every retailer application personally. In most cases, your account will be approved within 2 business days.
As soon as your account has been activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can then log in and access Dottilove wholesale prices and retailer conditions.
No confirmation after 3 days? First check your spam folder and make sure we have received your business registration licence. If everything has been submitted, contact us directly or reach us via WhatsApp at +49 176 2333 2292.
Logged in but still can’t see prices? Log out once and log back in. Newly activated accounts can occasionally require one fresh login before wholesale prices appear.
4. Your first order
We deliberately keep the first order low-risk so you can test the Dottilove range in your own store before committing to larger quantities.
- €50 minimum order: the minimum order value is only €50 net, with no minimum quantity per product. You can order just one piece of any design.
- 10% new customer discount: receive a 10% discount on your first order, plus 100 bonus points when you subscribe to the newsletter.
- Fast dispatch: orders placed before 12 noon from Monday to Friday can be dispatched the same day.
- Free shipping: delivery within Germany is free from an order value of €100 net.
- 14-day return support: you have time to review your order after it arrives.
- VIP benefits: every order contributes towards your Dottilove VIP status, with discounts of up to 20%.
